Cleaned several heirloom oriental rugs and the difference before and after was amazing. They are open and honest about both the process and the costs. We had a rug that was machine made that had a lot of sentimental value. Robert told us it wasn’t worth the money to completely restore, but found a solution that cleaned and restored it enough to continue to use it. Truly balanced his services with our needs. We highly recommend S.K.Hamrah Carpet & Rug Co!! After much research, shopping around.... we definitely made the right decision. We got carpet runner on our stairs and hallway and it looks awesome!! They were so professional, on time, amazing custom work, and even allowed my 3 year old “help” with the installation. What a great experience and great product. They have SO MANY choices, at so many price points.... it’s such a big decision and Bob gave us so many options to work with ... they will even get you samples to take home! Highly recommend!! We are VERY happy customers!
