I went into full frenzy mode after I saw indications of shape development in my washroom. I called them for a statement and they planned a shape remediation arrangement. After their underlying review, it turned out the shape issue was more awful than I suspected. Fortunately, they disposed of the shape following a couple of days and I can inhale once more!
