Friendly, courteous and respectful from the moment they stepped out of the truck. They explained everything they saw while there and everything to be done. The walk through the finance process with them was made VERY EASY! They got me on the schedule, and got started and then they discovered there was more problems hiding under the old stuff on the house. Damaso explained everything in detail on what was found, what could happen if left, and what should be done. Of course it cost me more money BUT it was done and done RIGHT!
