It is our pleasure to give Kubat construction a five star review! Zach and his crew worked on our first floor renovation for eight weeks and we are thrilled with the results. Communication with Zach, Mark, and the entire crew was excellent from day one. Zach, Bryan, Rob and Ethan were very respectful of our home during the entire process. We lived on the second floor for two months and every day we felt comfortable knowing exactly who would be in our home and what was being done. We talked to 5 different contractors before landing on Kubat, and there was no contest - Zak, Carolann, Rob, and the whole team were a dream to work with from start to finish and no other company came close to their attention to detail and care. They brought us a binder for the project that had the timeline (in a gantt chart!), scope of work, and all the other details laid out, and that binder stayed in our bathroom as the team worked through each phase of the project. The Kubat Construction Company did a fabulous job remodeling our bathroom. They were friendly, thorough, and neat. Carolann guided us through the process of selecting materials and was always available to answer questions. Rob was here daily and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the total remodeling job. Zach clearly explained all aspects of the project at the beginning and frequently followed up on the work. The notebook that he provided helped us to follow the steps throughout the project. We are very satisfied with this company and will certainly recommend them to others.
