We had a gaming laptop with a failing fan and heat sync. Geek Squad couldn't touch it. The Computer Run team had a 2 week back log but were very open and communicative. We knew when our turn was, what the expectations were, what was needed, as well as the moment it was ready for pick up. We hope to not need them again but will most certainly recommend and use them if needed.
