Sam is the most thorough inspector I've had the pleasure of working with. He takes his job very seriously, understanding all of the codes and legality of what a home must abide by, ensuring the inspection covers it all. Sam went out of his way to explain the nuances of the different parts of the property, such as how the utilities work and what expectations he has for a properly built roof. He said he'd get our inspection report to us on a specific day and ensured we had it in our hands as he promised. I feel like I stepped away from that inspection as a smarter homeowner.
