Was just there 2 days ago for a friend. The Doctor's receptionist was nice and efficient. I spoke to 2 people in the Optical department. They were helpful. I apologize if I am misspelling, but Xaivian was Terrific! He was extremely thorough. He gave my friend the time he deserved. He took care of all his needs from fitting him for new glasses, adjusting his old glasses and making sure my out of town friend can pick up his new glasses at his own Walmart when he gets back to SC. Thank you. Xaivian is a Gem.
I had a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center today. My glasses frame had come loose, and Shafi helped tighten and fix it right away. He was friendly, professional, and very efficient. Thanks to him, my glasses are as good as new. Really appreciate his excellent service!
I had a great experience getting my eye exam and ordering glasses and contacts. Office staff was kind and helpful, especially Tonya, who worked with me on my insurance coverage. Dr. Hashid is very knowledgeable and friendly. He also had some good recommendations about how to get the most out of. my contacts.
