Easy to set up an appointment - they call you with the date and time they will be coming. They text you letting you know that technician is on their way. Arrived in a timely basis based on what they advise you they would. Technician is nice and friendly and clean up after themselves - they took the time to explained things to you as to what is the issue, what they did to fix it and what to look out for. They engage you as part of the service team.
