Tim was a very thorough person. They took time to explain how to maintain the system. It was great that the appointment was confirmed by phone and we were able to call 30 minutes before our arrival. I would highly recommend this place!
EDIT: Although I can't delete my comment, google won't let me. I was contacted by both phone and here, however, the problem has been resolved. I'm looking forward to working with this business next week, and will update my review.
I called this company every day for three days to schedule a service, they said they would call me asap. But no one ever did. The reviews were great and this company seemed honest. So I went with them. I understand that it is a busy season, but it would still be nice to receive a return call letting me know the timeframe or something.
Nautilus Heating and Cooling worked on two of our houses. In the first, they installed an air conditioning unit. In our second, they fixed a whine that had us frantic for six month. Both times they did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
