Months ago I needed a fast repair for our enterprise color printer. This printer is a workhorse and it is in almost constant use at our location. The smaller printers we also have took a bit of the workload, but we were falling behind and not having our main color printer working was hurting us badly and we just had to be fixed ASAP. This company sent out a technician who was very good. He really knows what he is doing with printers. He did need to go back to their office to get a couple parts. But he returned about 45 minutes later and completed the repair. I remember his name was Chris. Thanks Chris! You really did a great job for us.

We needed out printer fixed ASAP for our weekly check run. This company fixed our large HP check printer the same day for us. Really helped us out of a tight spot. Printer has been working fine since. Thanks, JoeP
