Dara and her crew have been great! They have been helping me overcome years of neglect. They are responsive to my feedback, push me forward, but reduce speed according to my needs. Friendly place. Some other customers are incredibly fit and strong - BUT I dont feel as though I dont belong. Mix of people of all skills and abilities. Not to mention the wonderful therapy Dog Olivia.
I love being part of the BHPT family! The strength programs are perfectly constructed for what I need and after 2+ years - I continue to be challenged and continue to improve. Sessions are fulfilling, well planned, lively, and just a good time while getting a workout in with sweat and a smile. I have never felt stronger!
