Tom from Always Comfy has serviced my heating and AC unit multiple times in the past, never steering me wrong, and always explaining the situation and my options. After 27 years, my old outdated AC unit was unserviceable (old refrigerant is no longer available). Tom patiently explained the situation and gave me multiple replacement options. Tom is a one-man team who takes special care to get everything right. He recently replaced my HVAC and was very thorough, thoughtful and communicative by helping explain things as he went. Very friendly and super knowledgeable. Worked with me through different options and took care to listen to what I was looking for. Extremely happy with the new system. His “boss” Izzy is an affectionate, sweet and well-behaved little terrier ? Looking forward to seeing them both this fall for maintenance!
