“I love coming to get my hair done. I've been seeing Krista for years and before that was bouncing around from place to place really unhappy with my hair.

The atmosphere is always welcoming at the artists loft, everyone who works there is really sweet and you don't feel like they're making fun of you (if you're paranoid and have social anxiety this place is for YOU). I even called the other week because I had no idea what I needed to get done and over the phone the girl was so nice to me and very knowledgeable.

The girls are all perfectionists, so when you go there you know they are doing their best to give you your vision. I love that they are also VERY honest. If you have a look in mind but they would need multiple appointments to achieve it, they tell you right off the bat, no guessing.

This was my first time getting this type of hair extensions so I had many questions. Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable! She always finds time to fit me in even when I give her little notice. Her skill for color and blowouts is top notch. The hair spa? You have to try a treatment. It’s probably the most relaxing out of all the spa treatments I’ve had and I’ve had many through the years at different spas.
