I experienced every pool owners nightmare a few weeks ago - I went away for the weekend and my pool pump died, during the summer heat wave - algae field day!
I had a series of issues happening all at once, pool pump died, filter grids ripped pouring DE in the pool, salt cell fuse blew - nightmare. I called my new friends at United Pool and they were fantastic!
A tech named Gary came the very next day, diagnosed the pump and installed a new one in the same visit. While here, he saw DE leaking in and opened up the filter. Pointed out the problem and saw grids were shot.

I’ve had a pool for over 20 years, and I can confidently say I’ve never come across someone as transparent, professional, and efficient as Justin. He was exceptional from start to finish—he sourced a new pump and had it installed within just 24 hours.
Not only was the turnaround time impressive, but his pricing was also incredibly reasonable. It’s rare to find someone who delivers both quality work and honesty in this industry. I’m truly glad I met Justin and plan to rely on him for all my pool needs going forward.

Another job well done by United Pool Service! The owner Justin and his team do such a good job and are super professional, can’t recommend them enough! So pleased with my weekly service this past summer, they were always super efficient and handled any issues with my pool as soon as they happened. I will definitely be back next spring season!
