Our owner, Bill Stueber, is the driving force behind Team Blue Ridge. Bill started the company in 1986 to provide impeccable, reliable installs and service to the community. His service philosophy was shaped by his tenure with the United States Air Force where he worked in refrigeration, heating, and cooling. When he was honorably discharged after four years, Bill returned to NJ to apply the technical skills the military had taught him. His brief association with private contractors made him realize that the HVAC industry did not prioritize customer service and integrity. So, Bill decided to start his own company to make a difference and become a dependable HVAC company that puts people first.
