Our experience with Royal Granite was great from the first time we walked through the door. Friendly staff, fair pricing, lots of granite samples to choose from. It took us 2.5 years from the first visit until we finally were ready for templating and installation. Randy and Mike were fantastic and did an amazing job with everything. Working with Vivian and Royal Granite was a true pleasure.I put off renovating my kitchen for a long time because I was worried about who I would use and the price, but Vivian made the whole process easy.She takes the time to make sure the customer is buying exactly what they want and even offers to help you decide on things such as paint color, hardware and all the other details in a kitchen.I greatly appreciated that.I purchased cabinets and a granite countertop which are both beautiful and I'm glad I found Royal Granite.
The experience was professional and extremely friendly from start to finish. The sales personnel helped pick out various alternatives. The installation crew was at the site when they said they would be there and installed the countertop perfectly
