I cannot begin to even explain how pleasant of an experience home buying was with Mary Silva. She was on top of everything. My fiancé and I had previously purchased our own homes with different lenders, but this was our first home together. Mary never ever made us feel that we were unprepared. She constantly updated us on interest rates, on the types of loans we could qualify for up until we locked in. She was available via email, text, and phone. Same day returns on questions or if unsure would let us know when she would get back to us. We never got that horrible feeling in your stomach you get when you see a name pop up on the ID, it was always pleasant. I cannot recommend her and Motto enough, for doing everything they could to make sure we got into our first home together. It was a lovely experience and for our next home I will be reaching out to Mary at Motto. Thank you Mary for bringing our dream to light.

Manny helped us throughout the months leading up to purchasing our forever home. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
