Wasn't happy with my return for 2023 tax season, went to a different company they overlooked my 2023 return found some mistakes while preparing my 2024 taxes and made corrections

I have never run into a more rude and unprofessional individual. I called the number that was left on the voice recording at the office. When he picked up the phone, he never spoke...I could only hear movement in the background. I said hello and provided my name and asked to speak to Milton Kane, he rudely asked 'What do you want?!' I told him I was looking for tax services and if this was the office of Milton Kane. He seemed to be confused on why I was calling from an 862 area code. It's a New Jersey area code.
