Amazing hair Salon! Absolutely enjoy my experiences whenever I come in for a retwist. I know it’s going to be a great day when I sit in Diamond’s chair. Her work is very neat and elegant. The customer service is even better, she makes you feel comfortable and takes care of you by constantly asking if you need anything. I’d give this place 6 stars if I could! 110% recommend.
I went here when it was in the mall. This time I didn’t even get thru my appointment, so that was very disappointing. There were miscommunications with me needing to bring my own hair, and I see that was talked about, however I explained my phone is not working like it should, I didn’t get the text, and I showed up to the appt not knowing. I didn’t get my hair done and was sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for them to let me know the problem. And that’s when they told me I was told about the hair. I really didn’t know. I highly recommend this establishment if you are looking to enhance your looks. They provide a variety of services. All the staff are extremely friendly, and knowledgeable on the many services they offer. They have a new location in Catasauqua that is like a beauty bar where they do nails, hair, etc. it’s amazing. They cater to all ages.
