I knew something didn't look right about my chimney crown and cap but the three other chimney contractors that came to my house over the years just smoothed over the problem and neglected to point it out or correct it. Tim made several trips to our house to finally correct a damaging, ongoing problem. I will use comfort chimney for all of my chimney needs going forward! As busy as contractors are today a lot of them don't return your call. The comfort chimney office staff is efficient and friendly even under today's busy pressure. Love this company!
