10/10 experience! The customer service and efficiency here are truly outstanding.
After having my glasses broken by an employee at another retailer, I came in feeling stressed and frustrated—but the team completely turned things around. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to help me find frames that actually suited my needs and face.
What impressed me even more was the turnaround time—my glasses were ready within a week! The whole process was smooth, supportive, and far exceeded my expectations.
I’m so grateful for the positive experience and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and quality care!
