Had a home inspection for our new home, and David Rogo is a solid choice. A little gruff, but very thorough in trying to find problems during the inspection, as well as questioning the owners (who opened the house for us). He was informative, joked around a lot, answered questions, and he took time to explain how things worked, why some things were not safe/ safer options and materials. Definitely was trying to teach us the better way to maintain a home. By the end of the night, the report had already come back. He was up to current safety standards. Professional & thorough. This is our 2nd home inspection with this company and specifically with Dave. He is very honest, professional and reasonable. I would recommend him and this company very highly.
