My wife used Milly's services for our daughter's Sweet-16 ( 01-14-24 ) Party decoration; they were VERY CREATIVE as I was totally blown away by their END RESULT---JUST IMMACULATELY BEAUTIFUL....!!! Helen has a very Pleasant and a Wellcoming Personality.........!!! Highly Recommended !!
