First off! I need to applaud and appreciate a man and father Mr. Gursky for doing such an amazing job at raising an amazing son. I called Mr. Gursky from the hospital I was admitted for about a week during that time my family had no air conditioning in the home. We called arctic air the company we have a contract with and pay a service fee every year for maintenance to come fix their unit. They gave my family the run around on the phone, several technicians came to my home and was unable to properly diagnose or fix the issue and we had to pay anyway. A new pump was purchased from arctic air for 400 dollars and installed. The technician left and my family was still hot....read full review
We had an emergency at our house with the bathroom sink, Neil came when he said to quote the job. When we contracted with him his techs Jose and Christian showed up on time. I was surprise at the professionalism of the techs, they were friendly and answered all my questions as they were doing the repairs, Neil came several times throughout the day to see the progress. During the repair of the sink area which was extensive I asked if they could repair the tub plumbing as well which they gladly did.
