picked up a load here, arrived and checked in by scanning the QR code. got the text saying that i was checked in etc. Sat for over a 1/2hr without any instructions at all. Eventually one of their employees that was leaving told me to just drive around the corner and go up on the docks to find someone. Had another 1/2hr wait once i did find someone. Loading eventually took about 25min
We have been working with Englert for a long time now. We have never had any serious problems with them. They are very good suppliers! If anything is asked or requested, they respond very quickly. They are all very polite and efficient.
Great regional manager to work for but this position is very physical and doesn't paid enough to work over the road.You have to use a pallet jack to move 1,500-2,000 lbs. metal coils and flat metal sheets that weights 5,000+ lbs. Warehouse staff aren't a team player. Communication within the organization isn't great. As a former driver my route was Vermont / New Hampshire it was very challenging. For example, the company will forced a driver to go down restricted roads that tractor and trailer shouldn't be delivering in an residential area.
