WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. These people are terrible to deal with. They make everything an issue. I’ve tried to buy from
them on numerous occasions and they just stink. Also more expensive than other suppliers.

picked up a load here, arrived and checked in by scanning the QR code. got the text saying that i was checked in etc. Sat for over a 1/2hr without any instructions at all. Eventually one of their employees that was leaving told me to just drive around the corner and go up on the docks to find someone. Had another 1/2hr wait once i did find someone. Loading eventually took about 25min

i ASKED FOR A SMALL PEICE OF METAL WHICH WAS APPROXIMATELY 1'X1' AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD ONLY SELL ME A SHEET THAT WAS A MINIMUM 4'X10'. THAT WAS RIDICULOUS.
