Don't bother making an appointment, they seem to take first come-first served. End up waiting 30 minutes despite having an appointment, then it was clear they were rushing everyone to make up. It's a fine place if you are flexible, just be prepared to wait.
I have been going to this nail salon for 5 years but I won’t be coming back anymore. They usually do a great job on my nails and eyebrows. However, I was made very uncomfortable last time I was there because one of the ladies who works there accused me of not leaving a tip last time I came. I always tip!! I know what it’s like to rely on tips so I usually also even tip more than I have to. For her to say to me while doing my eyebrows “you know last time you were here you didn’t tip” then proceeded to tell me she remembered my name because I supposedly didn’t tip- I found that very disrespectful and rude to say. I'm here every 3-4 weeks for a pedicure and gel nails. They always look perfect. The staff are always friendly. A relaxed atmosphere. The salon is very clean and the staff are attentive to sanitation procedures.
