“I had a hose break under my kitchen sink, causing a small flood. My condo assoc.'s insurance contracted with PuroClean of Wayne to provide remediation services. The owner along with 2 employees came to my unit to assess the damage and determine what remediation was needed. The cabinets and countertop as well as my sink needed to be removed to determine the damage. Karl (the owner) offered to build a makeshift structure to hold my sink so I would not be inconvenienced by staying at a hotel. Classy move and well above and beyond the scope of work he was hired to do.His employees, Mark & Mike were very professional and courteous. They performed the demolition work very quietly and quickly. While there was no damage to the subfloor, nor the dry wall behind the cabinetry and moisture readings were low and equal in all areas of my condo, as a precautionary measure they brought in 2 fan blowers and a dehumidifier. Again they offered to do a few things that were out of their scope of work. They even said goodbye to my 2 small dogs, using their names!If I ever find myself in the position of needing a remediation service again, I will certainly use PuroClean of Wayne! They were excellent, professional, clean and quick. I highly recommend this company!Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair“
