My experience at Optus Urgent Care was excellent experience. I was greeted quickly with a smile by the front desk representatives. My wait in the waiting room was short. Once I arrived in the waiting room with PA I was seen tested and met and discussed my symptoms and was given a diagnosis with results. I was a happy client. Thank you.

Optum Urgent Care is AMAZING! For the amount of people that were there coupled with the time I got there, I saw the doctor in hardly any time at all. EVERYONE was really nice and caring, along with very efficient. I truly recommend them ?❣❣

I always go to urgent care instead of my dr when I am sick. They treat you with respect and listen to what you say. The drs and nurses always give you a full check on how you are and determine the best medication for you. 10/10 rating.
