Hot tub issues are never fun yet Dave made the repair very pain free. He arrived the day of my call which was a Saturday since it was winter and I was having an heater problem. He diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the part. He assured me the hot tub would not freeze. He came back with the part 3 days later even though it was sleeting outside. Dave took time all through the process to explain things fully to me and he did not over charge. Most places charge to come out and diagnose and Dave did not do this.
