The place is convenient but a waste of money: I only have two stars because the staff is always helpful and friendly! But the wheels/tires don’t get washed, the place leaves soap on your car, and the dryer does not dry. Today, it only put tire shine on two tires. The place is falling apart. I’m on autopay so I will be closing my account because I have complained for months now and nothing is being done. Corporate is aware but doesn’t care.

I closed my account Went back over two months later to see if anything was fixed. The brush is still broke and don’t clean the top of your car which I still have bird droppings on. The back of my car was still dirty...read full review

The facilities are amazing.

I originally rated this place at 5 stars. I'm ammending my rating due to the following:

They originally opened with three payment lanes to streamline the customer flow. This feature was especially advantageous for customers with an unlimited plan. Unbeknownst to the customers, eventually the lanes were reduced to two lanes during summer 2024 and currently as of Aug 4, 2025 they operate with one payment lane. This causes an extreme bottleneck. Customers with unlimited washes have no way to proceed swiftly through the line. To whom it may concern I’ve been coming to this car wash for quite sometime and it was great at first. I have a couple cars one with black rims which is not a big deal because I always clean my car. I have a white Range Rover which I took yesterday and I have aluminum factory rims so I told the guy Jose the manager to hit the Rims with depression washer that you guys have on either side on the left side you’ll have one and on the right side y’all have one and he did but barely hit it at all so my rims were very dirty.
