“We interviewed several designers before choosing Hinoki, and we’re so glad we did—the result is truly satisfying. From the beginning, we had high expectations for our home and decided to go with high-end finishes. Like many people, this was our first time doing a full-house remodel, and we knew mistakes were possible.

Throughout the process, we got to know Charla and her partner Todd, and they were amazing. They guided us through every detail—selecting cabinets, stone, wood flooring, paint colors, and more. The design looked stunning in the renderings and turned out even more breathtaking in real life.

We ended up with Ballerina cabinets (Charla helped us get a great deal), Taj Mahal quartzite in a matte finish(Todd helped us negotiate a great price with stone yard), Porcelanosa tile, and of course, top-quality appliances. We now enjoy our home every single day.

The process took a bit longer than expected due to tariffs and import delays, but the wait was absolutely worth it. We truly appreciate Charla’s expertise, patience, and taste. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to elevate their home with a full remodel.“
