Brendan showed up on time and with a smile. He quickly addressed every issue we had on our list and then, happily handled everything else we thought of as we went through our issues. Throughout the entire consult, he was friendly and thorough. He even found issues we were unaware of. After the walk thru he sat and prepared an estimate on the spot and even took the time to walk is through every aspect of it so we understood what our options were. Absolutely wonderful service. I contacted DK Electrical Solutions to inquire about having an electric attic fan installed to replace the turbine (whirlybird) type that was currently on my roof. They promptly replied to my request and I was able to set up an appointment for someone to come out.
On the day of my appointment Brendan and his partner (sorry I never got his name) arrived promptly at 8am and took a look at the job at hand. After evaluating what needed to be done, I got a quote right on the spot. I was happy with the estimate and they got right to work removing the old fan and installing the new one.

Excellent customer service. Prompt calls to inform of arrival, prompt arrival, and stellar work. Fixed my Tesla charger very quickly and easily. Wore the booties inside my house and more importantly,
took them off when outside (even though it is a pain...I appreciated that!). Had a friendly demeanor, and an eagerness to resolve the issue. Can't ask for more than that!
