“We’ve used Pieretti’s Landfeatures for hard scraping design and installation for almost a decade. He installed paver walkways in our old home nine years ago that look as good now as they did when Gary Pieretti first installed them. So, when we moved to our new home, Gary was the contractor we chose to install brick walkways in the front and side yard and to design and install a paver patio with a retaining wall in our sloped backyard. We couldn’t be happier with the process and the final results. Gary has a great eye for design, color and is so hardworking. As I was so overwhelmed with decision making from the demo/remodel, I gave Gary free rein to pick colors and design for the patio. He did an excellent job getting material that perfectly matched the house and designed a patio that makes our small backyard feel like a resort. We have received so many compliments about his work.“

Most of all he is honest, he does not try to hit home runs on jobs he is as fair as they come. I’ve used him for multiple Lanscaping projects,weekly yard service,and a new driveway which turned out perfectly. He also did concrete stairs and walkways for my brother and brother Inlaw with perfection. He is now going to take my pool deck of old concrete and use his vision and skill for a finished stamped concrete deck which I’ve seen his previous jobs on Instagram which are beautiful. “This year I had to deal with flooding caused by a retention pond that drains into my creek. New Castle County had a sub contractor "Penny Hill Lawn & Landscape" come out help with the problem PHL&L had two men set stones in the creek. They worked for a week carrying down a slope and hand setting them so the water would not destroy the creek bank. With the two major storms their system worked perfectly. Hat's off to these fine gentlemen.My second encounter was a snow plowing contract for 2023/2024. Chris set Kingston Acres Civic Association up with a very good contract. Very easy to deal with.This past Friday one of their trucks with a great driver named Steve showed up. He had never been on our street and a came down the street very slowly . I met him and we talked about how he wanted to do it. Again professionalism showed with him and PHL&L .I will continue to use them for all my and the civic associations needs.NHM“
