I’m writing that review because it’s important to share experiences with vendors or services especially when they exceed your expectations. I’ve made a career heading the in-house maid services in NYC Hotels, ranging from boutique to 200+ room properties and finding a company’s that cleans linen so meticulously is difficult, especially one that takes such pride in the work they do, STAR is that company. My lines look like new each and every delivery, and they treat me and my team like family members. Guest even rave about the quality and cleanliness of their bedding. Thank you so much for your integrity, pride and passion in what you do!

I’ve been with a major hotel group for about 5 years and a boutique downtown hotel for 3 years now. Both hotels have been with Star Laundry for its excellence in service and delivery. Highly recommend

I’ve worked in the housekeeping department for 6+ years now and I have never seen a laundry that responds to the employees of the hotels more then star laundry. The owner is a wonderful man very helpful and attentive.
