One of my friends was brought into the hospital St Joseph's in Paterson New Jersey on Sunday March 23rd. He needed surgery for his foot. On March 24th 2025 I called the hospital to see what was going on with my friend. I couldn't get through to anyone everyone kept bouncing me around I was on hold for an hour maybe longer. Ridiculous service I couldn't find out what the heck was going on with my friend. Terrible, terrible, terrible. And by the way I never got through to anyone. Customers service really sucks you need to improve on it! I even tried to get Dustin M Ricco to talk to him and there's no number for him either. He's the CEO of St Joseph's... read full review
THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN THIS HOSPITAL! MY BROTHER HAS BEEN HERE MULTIPLE TIMES FOR PSYCH ISSUES. AND ALL THOSE TIMES THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM HIM DURING INTAKE PROCESS AND CLAIM TO CHECK THE LOST AND FOUND! GUESS WHAT? ITS NEVER THERE!!! I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION FOR THEM STEALING HIS PROPERTY!!!
