They get swamped because they are good, often taking clients in right away to work their magic. Customers report getting pin-straight hair from super-curly hair, with hair that reverts back to curls just fine after washing. They are good with kids and have some fire bundles for a decent price. Services include haircuts, wash and blow outs, and flat ironing after blowing it out.

Another reported that stylists can burn hair to a crisp from heat damage, not knowing how to take care of ethnic hair, and may not properly cut hair for a trim.
