This is genuinely the worst braiding place I have ever been to. I really don’t know why I keep coming here but their workers are so unprofessional. On google it says this place opens at 9am and I came in here to get my hair done early so I can get in and out and they arrive almost an hour and a half later. It’s completely unacceptable and they need to get it together.

It was my first appointment here at this salon, and just off of first impression, it’ll be my last unless I’m being serviced by KayKay. I came in days prior to book an appointment which the stylist gave me her earliest date and also provided the time for me. I arrived day of 15 mins before my appointment time to the shop being closed (online states opens at 9am). MY appointment was for 11am. The shop didn’t open up until 11:30. On arrival, the stylist was not there and somehow, forgotten she even had an appointment until another stylist called her to confirm for me. At this point, it was 11:45am. I went and asked for box braids but my hair was kinda short so she blew my hair out to see the length of it instead of her saying your hair is to short come back in a few months she still decided to braid my hair. When the process was finished and I got home my scalp was really red the next day the braids was falling out I asked for a refund but they don’t do that. After paying $220 be careful who you let touch your hair all she said was you can come back and I can re-braid the ones that fell out…
