Her practice is a joke and she just needs to shut down if you ask me. How do you cancel an appointment 15 mins before the appointment is suppose to start!!! Beyond unprofessional it’s sad I was already expecting this from other reviews I read ! I will be emailing Groupon to take her practice off of Groupon DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT

Saw a special on groupon, called before purchasing to make sure they had appointments available. Susan answer, was very nice at first, advised me not to purchase through groupon, she would honor the sale price. She scheduled my appointment for the next day, cancels it 30 minutes before. Ok, things happen right, even though i felt like she could have communicated with me earlier. We reschedule for monday, i show up, huge building, never told me what floor or suite, i called her, phone is off, i left a voicemail, no call back. I had a very great experience. The prices are great and she actually takes her time to make sure she gets all the kinks out of every muscle this by far has been the greatest massage session I've been two and I've been to quite a few I will be definitely becoming a regular client here
