I called City Plumbing Heating & Cooling's emergency service line, and they had a technician at my house within an hour. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained the problem to me in detail and outlined my options for repair.
Pipe burst in my house. I have some experience fixing water lines but was intimidated to start. He gave me ideas over the phone to diagnose the problem and I was able to fix it myself and save a bunch of money. He was willing to come to the house within hours to fix the problem if I was unable. I really appreciate his attitude of helping rather than making an easy buck. Thanks!!!
