I was impressed with their rug cleaning process. I had Persian, Turkish, and hand-knotted silk rugs. The free estimate was easy to schedule. They examined each rug, explained how they would clean them, and handled the furniture gently. After 8 days, they delivered them beautifully restored and helped set them back in each room. Outstanding quality.

Booking the appointment was fast and their team arrived on the dot. Dave walked me through the whole process of cleaning our silk rug. After they have cleaned it, our silk rug looked terrific again.
