Amazing, he helped us so much. I happened to be in Passaic on a trip and needed glasses asap for my kids. He got one as we waited and the other mailed out to us the next day. Great glasses and affordable. The next year my son smashed his glasses in a basketball game. I called him up from out of state and he mailed it out to us. My highest recommendation

Update 2018: I shopped around for frames at 3 stores before I went to Visions. I was surprised to find several frames I loved here. They have a lot of unique selections you won't find at the chain stores, and the prices were really good.

I stopped in to inquire about replacing a damaged lens in my glasses. The gentleman was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get me the new lens the next day (he couldn't guarantee it would be possible, but had my glasses ready by the end of the day). I thought the price was reasonable as well. I will definitely be back.

I've gone here twice, once for a replacement lens, and then back to buy a new pair of glasses. The owner went out of his way to get my replacement lens to me the next day so I'd have it before the long weekend. He couldn't guarantee it because it had to be sent out, but he came through. I was so pleased with the service that I returned this year when I decided it was time for new glasses. He was very patient with me and helped me select the right frames. I love them! They were ready quickly and the price was very reasonable as well. I like that there were no gimmicks and expensive add-ons like the chain stores, just a straightforward price. Small-business shopping at its best.
