I called them up to schedule a 30-minute practice/refresher session with them right before my road test. Scheduling was an easy and accommodating process.
I was assigned Melissa as my instructor. Before the session with Melissa, I was worried that I needed more practice time because my parallel parking skills were a little suspect. Plus, my K-turn sometimes involved using 5 points instead of 3 points consistently. However, after getting instructions from Melissa for a few minutes, I nailed both the parallel parking and K-turns in the practice session easily.
