“My mission: find an affordable but truly effective chemical peel for my post-baby skin in Parsippany that wouldn't burn my face but would also take off a good layer of dead skin. I've had a few chemical peels in the past so I'm not a novice at dermal treatments and am pretty sure about what I want done. Found: Melanie at Forever Young. She was the first person at a medical office/spa to spend almost an hour explaining different kinds of peels, their effects and researching various brand name peels and chemicals with me BEFORE the treatment even began. I was impressed by how much she knew and how thorough she was in evaluating my skin and situation (I'm bfing my baby). Results: first she microdermabraisioned off the dry dead layer of skin from my face, then she applied a peel that tingled a bit at first. After the neutralizer was applied, I left the office a bit flushed-looking. I wasnt given any pamphlets on what to do that night or what to expect but we already talked about it on the office. My husband told me I looked like a glowing angel that evening (score!) and over the next couple of days - some skin did slough off but I didn't get a full topical peel which Melanie said wasn't always necessary because some peels are hydrating. 2 weeks later: my face is in better condition, less dryness and dullness. I'm used to a more topical peel and havent got the full results from my first treatment because I couldnt go more aggressive with the chemicals while breastfeeding but I definitely will be going back for another peel soon.“

“I enjoy my appointments with Dr. Julia Bromwell. She is very knowledgeable as a doctor and in administering my IV Vitamin therapy. It’s a cozy atmosphere, with your choice of music and the conversation with Dr. Julia just makes you feel very comfortable in knowing she is taking care of you. “A few mentions, Demi my laser tech is the sweetest and the best. Alessandra was able to dissolve my lips (bye bye old Juvaderm) with just one session. The girls at the front are always accommodating. I love it. Note the photo is a few hours after dissolving my top lip only, no swelling but some bruising is visible. Overall very happy.“
