High Focus Centers Parsippany Outpatient Treatment Center

5 STARS!!!! Highly recommend for every single person on this planet, but especially for anyone having a difficult time and seeking psychiatrist/therapeutic help. I am so beyond grateful that I was recommended High Focus Centers Parsippany for my time of need. I successfully completed the treatment program, and I feel like a different person. My friends and family have noticed as well. The staff, clinicians, and prescribers are highly knowledgable, kind, supportive, and created a safe space everyday. I was so hesitant to come to High Focus after many tries at different IOPS/PHPs. After completing the program, I’m so glad I stayed. I had a great experience at High Focus overall— especially with the art therapy (thank you Melissa) and yoga therapy/sound bath (thank you Rachel) I learned soooo many coping skills and DBT skills that I will carry with me moving forward. If you’re hesitant about getting treatment, know that it’s normal to feel that way. Give it a try. You’ll get past the uncomfortable feeling. High Focus is a tremendous facility. All of the people are incredible, especially Sophia. She and the staff at the Parsippany location were kind, receptive, and perceptive. Anyone who is struggling in their life would benefit and High Focus was recommended at just the right time in mine. My life is forever changed, in a good way. I know how to value myself, validate myself and cope in healthy ways in deeply challenging times. Thank you, High Focus!
