Thank you to everyone in High Focus for making my treatment really special. Especially Andrew. I learned so much while I was there. You have to be invested in the program if you want to make the most of it. Thanks again I really gained so much from the whole experience.

I received an exemplary level of care and support at the HFC in Parsippany. I was very skeptical my first few weeks as I wasn't quite comfortable in a group environment. However, after the first few weeks, the group environment and the care of my Clinician combined to make for a great experience and helped me to prioritize my mental health.My Clinician was able to get me to realize that this was one of the few opportunities where I could focus on self care, without distractions, under the guidance of professionals.My parting words to participants in my group, upon program completion, was to share my early skepticism and to stick with the program. I’m not good at giving advice but for people that are thinking about going to High Focus. You won't be disappointed. Please trust the process, use the tools that are being taught. Be honest with your clinician. They are AWESOME and in my opinion they generally care and are there to help you. You will meet people that share similar situations and can relate which makes it feel like you are not the only one. It can be intense at some points but if you do the work you will be better for it.I want to personally thank my clinician Andrew, he held me accountable and although I had a few hiccups he was right by my side, encouraging me to do better.
