I’ve consistently had great experiences here—the team is always polite, professional, and welcoming, which is why I keep coming back.
However, my most recent visit was quite disruptive. A first-time client and her parent had a very loud and ongoing exchange that lasted for a significant portion of my appointment for about an hour. Unfortunately, it made it difficult to tuneout and I ended up leaving with a headache.
I truly appreciate how patient the staff were, but situations like this impact the experience of every customer in the salon.
