Recently, I brought my lap top to Nimish (ExcelTech Computer Services) to have it looked at for the broken back cover and hinges of the screen.
Nimish diagnosed my laptop issue very quickly and explained the problem with a cost effective option. During the initial diagnosis, I was told that laptop screen could get damaged while changing the cover and might have to be replaced. At the same time I was assured that he will try to work as delicately as possible to save the screen. He kept his promise and saved the screen saving $$$ on additional repair cost. This shows Nimish is trustworthy, proficient and cares for the customers’ money.

I could not possibly rate this man more highly. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, quick and proficient in computer & tech repair. I’m a Parsippany local, and realized on the morning of my only day off that my laptop (which was already on its last legs) was no longer charging — and I hadn’t migrated a single piece of important data to a safe drive yet. As I started doing so, I searched for local repair shops with very little hope on getting any form of quick or adequately priced repairs so my little machine could make it to the finish line.

Nemeth is an excellent computer tech. He really put all his effort to assist a customer at the same time make him feel at home. I really appreciate all his help in fixing my old Dell cmputer.
