I visited Excel Tech Computer Service today because I was having an OS issue with my laptop. Nimish is a very kind, knowledgeable and helpful person. It is very rare to find someone with this level of expertise and kind.
He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly without taking much time. I really appreciate that he doesn’t even charge for minor issues, which shows how genuine and customer-focused he is.
Thank you so much sir, for your excellent service and support. Highly recommended! 👌👌
Called late in the eve when my computer power supply broke, and although he did not have what I needed in stock, he took the time to tell me exactly what I needed and where to go to get it in Best Buy, sent me a link, answered my questions while I was at the store , and then guided me through some other questions I had when I plugged the new power supply in And my computer was giving scary messages about not being able to repair itself . Made my night for sure!!!!! Thank you, I would highly recommend reaching out if you ever have computer issues.
Recently, I brought my lap top to Nimish (ExcelTech Computer Services) to have it looked at for the broken back cover and hinges of the screen.
Nimish diagnosed my laptop issue very quickly and explained the problem with a cost effective option. During the initial diagnosis, I was told that laptop screen could get damaged while changing the cover and might have to be replaced. At the same time I was assured that he will try to work as delicately as possible to save the screen. He kept his promise and saved the screen saving $$$ on additional repair cost. This shows Nimish is trustworthy, proficient and cares for the customers’ money.
I highly recommend and appreciate… read full review
