World class training by world class Master Instructors who provide a safe and stimulating curriculum that teaches not only self-defense, but also how to de-escalate when in conflict. I appreciate the emphasis the school places on the power of grit, and on the implementation of core values for successful living.
My son is fortunate enough to be invited as a guest with the sparring team. We travel 45 minutes in Friday traffic to attend. World class instruction and training. ATA Martials Arts is like a big family.
