“I walked into Health and Fitness Professionals feeling like a 1998 shopping cart with three bad wheels and a squeaky axle. My back sounded like a bowl of Rice Krispies every time I stood up, and getting out of bed required a detailed tactical operations plan.

After a few visits, I’m convinced these people are practicing some form of legal wizardry.

The staff is friendly, professional, and somehow managed to put me back together without using duct tape or replacement parts. I came in moving like a retired action figure and left feeling like I could challenge Father Time to a cage match.

The office is clean, welcoming, and everyone genuinely seems to care about helping you feel better. I can’t guarantee they’ll turn you into a professional athlete, but they definitely made me feel like I upgraded from “held together by hope” to “factory reset.”

If your body is making noises that should only come from an old pirate ship, do yourself a favor and go see the team at Health and Fitness Professionals.

“Keith and Larry are amazing at what they do! I came w a lower back pain that was traveling to my hip for a whole week. Everywhere I called they needed a consultation and whatnot. Here they took care of me and my pain the same day I called. They take your health very seriously! Keith explains and educates you about your issues and how things work. They are a team that knows what they’re doing and they do it w confidence and care. I’ve also recently recommended a friend and his daughter and they love him too.
